Promises are easy to break. Sometimes without a second thought. 

Trust is easy to lose… and difficult to earn back. 

A strong foundation takes time and hardwork to build but a shack on the sand needs only one wave to wipe it out. 

Change happens like a drop of a leaf, but it requires determination to stop running against the wind.

We’re pulled towards people but have to keep the door of our hearts closed to criticism, judging them…to fight to hope in all things, and stop believing on the worst.

Fears creep up and dictate our thoughts and it takes a revolution of self-control and truth to throw fear off the throne. 

Words are spoken all the time. But it takes so much effort to be honest.

If only fresh starts were as easy to come by.
